Refund & Return Policy

At Vestieva, we are committed to ensuring excellence in every piece we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@vestieva.com.
  2. Await Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We have dedicated return centers for different regions and will provide the optimal address for your location.
  3. Ship the Item: Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to mail your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

For the most efficient process to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new one. For sizing issues, please email us. We may occasionally offer complimentary size exchanges and will be happy to explore the available options with you. Exchanges for different colors or products should be handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Due to the high level of automation in our fulfillment process, orders are typically processed for shipment within hours. Therefore, we are generally unable to perform cancellations once an order is placed. The order is likely already in transit. We recommend waiting for the package to arrive and then initiating a return. However, if you notice an error in your address details, size, or variant, please contact us immediately. We can sometimes make adjustments if the order has not yet been fully processed by our warehouse team.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions as stated above: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vestieva.com.
